In 2016, successfully developed and patented the 90° parallel tool magazine: AK46Y, AK46YW (with sub-spindle) turning and milling center. This integrated machine model was developed to meet processing needs. It adopts a 90° vertical Y-axis with servo tailstock and an integrated power head structure, an integrated cast base, and a reinforced roller linear guide for high rigidity. It can automatically complete the cutting processing of various shaft and disc parts, including inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arc surfaces, end faces, grooves, chamfers, etc., and can realize various processing such as carving, milling, drilling, and tapping. It is suitable for the production of various types and batches of products, especially for high-precision machining of long shaft-type turning and milling parts. This model can be upgraded with a sub-spindle to realize automatic head turning and programmable tailstock; it is a leading model for precision turning and milling processing.
